Nishka, Soumil, Aarnav and Rithwik we are very proud of you!

Summer time is not slumber time for students and staff at Hindi Language Academy! There is a bunch of exciting news to share about what we were up to this summer; allow us to begin with a brag about our children’s accomplishments in today’s post.

After achieving the Functional Fluency level for the Global Seal of Biliteracy, Rithwik, a rising junior at the Woodbridge Academy Magnet School, challenged himself for the “Working Fluency” level which requires Advanced level in all the 4 language skills that are tested- Reading, Writing, Speaking and Listening. His hard work and commitment have paid off!

Next- even after graduating from their high school this past June, these two young men- Soumil and Aarnav dedicated exclusive time to get their skills in Hindi credentialed. They have now joined their respective colleges with this joy of added achievements! We wish them the best in their freshman year in post-secondary education. Nishka, a rising freshman who hails from a Kannada speaking family, wanted to see where she stood on the ACTFL proficiency scale. She too came out with flying colors to achieve Functional Fluency. Her next goal is to achieve Working Fluency. Besides these, many more high school kids are approaching their respective goals towards the Seal of Biliteracy in Hindi. Their Global Seal certificates are on the way, we just could not wait to share this excitement with you all!
